DEADLINE FOR ASSIGNMENTS

Leng zai and leng lui,

The deadline for the assignments is right around the corner oh. So quickly discuss all the things with your group members.

· HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY ASSIGNMENT.

You must call the hotel to make appointment as soon as possible because it may take a week waiting for their reply. Ok ah. And remember to prepare the questions earlier because some of the hotels need you to fax the questions to them.

· KITCHEN MANAGEMENT & SANITATION ASSIGNMENT.

COVER PAGE

- Refer to Miss Amanda’s assignment guidelines – APPENDIX A
- Change KHHM1023 INTRODUCTION TO HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY into KHHM 1103 INTRODUCTION TO KITCHEN MANAGEMENT & SANITATION.
- Change the title also ah.

INTRODUCTION

- About the objective of this assignment.
- Don’t consist of 3rd party, examples: I, YOU, WE THEY, US & etc.
- Written in essay form, keep it short and simple.

OBJECTIVES

- Also written in essay form.
- Write down what is the purpose of this assignment.
- Keep it short and simple also.
- Don’t worry about the grammar and spelling mistakes.


MENU

- Minimum 5 dishes of food.
- Maximum 10 dishes of food.
- Write some ingredients that are on the food. Not the process of making.
Example:
Spicy Chicken McDeluxe
-Specially marinated whole chicken muscle thigh meat, fried to a crispy delight, layered with fresh lettuce and special sauce in a corn-meal bun.

- If you want, you can put on some photo of the dishes (not necessary, better got lo).

LAYOUT OF THE KITCHEN

- Design the kitchen and arrange the equipments properly.
- The layout must be in 20cm X 20cm.
- All the type of equipments must be stated precisely.


PHOTO OF EQUIPMENTS

- Not necessary. But you want more points, and then better do lo. As like what the assignment guideline written: EXTRA MARK WILL BE GIVEN TO THE GROUP REPORT WRITINGS WITH EXCELLENT PRESENTATIONS OF IDEAS WITH EXCELLENT INTRODUCTION, CONTENTS AND CONCLUSION.
- Stick or print the photos and write down the name of the equipments.


CONCLUSION

- What you learn from the assignment.
- Written in essay form.
- Short and simple.
